Group Fitness Classes

Boot CampBoot Camp

This 50 minute class combines basic drills and obstacle courses to equal a great cardio, strength and core workout. It includes team motivation and the only rule is that you never let your feet stop moving!

There are options for beginners to advanced levels. Each class session is limited to 12 people.

Boot Camp  
Times: Wednesdays — 5:15 a.m.
Thursdays — 9:30 a.m.
Thursdays — 7:30 p.m.
Location: The Fitness Center
Fee: Included in membership.
