SilverSneakers group exercise classes are designed specifically for older adults, offering the best opportunity to stay on track toward your health and fitness goals. For more information, see the SilverSneakers Program website.
Muscular Strength and Range of Movement
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
YogaStretch
Learn gentle, effective stretching that can help maintain joint flexibility and prevent injury. Stretching can also help improve muscle tone and help you relax, both physically and mentally.
