Personal Lifestyle Management
Personal Lifestyle Management is one of The Fitness Center's two programs in weight management and behavior change. Participants in the program meet one-on-one weekly with a certified personal trainer and lifestyle and weight management consultant. During these private sessions, you will be educated on the three critical components of long-term weight management success: behavior change, nutrition, and exercise.
Each person has specific lifestyle and fitness barriers to overcome. Together with your trainer, you will identify those barriers and design a plan to overcome them. This personalized program meets each person's unique needs, interests and goals, which leads to a long-term, sustainable change. A lifestyle change can sound overwhelming, but the changes made can be simple and gradual, and with persistence and practice, they will become a habit!
Personal Lifestyle Management is a weekly program, with a one-month minimum. We recommend at least a four-month commitment to ensure long-term success. We begin with an initial 90-minute personal assessment, followed by weekly 60-minute meetings. To register, call 952.758.8199 or click here to download an application.
