Discoveries about the benefits of mother's milk, such as immunological benefits, have convinced many parents to breastfeed their infants. Topics include breastfeeding advantages, how often a baby needs to be fed, how to tell if the baby is getting enough to eat, employment and breastfeeding, overcoming problems, and a father's role. A video, information sheets, and books will provide additional information.
